Welcome to Home Spotless. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Home Spotless provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary beyond standard cleaning scope, or poses a risk to our staff.

2. Booking & Payment

By scheduling a service, you agree to provide accurate contact and payment information.

  • A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all bookings
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment processors
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of future services

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted.

3. Cancellation & Resheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

If our team is unable to access the property, a lock-out or missed appointment fee may be charged.

5. Satisfaction & Gurantee

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can review and resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Home Spotless is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items that are loose, unstable, or not properly secured

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse, copy, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, or services.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
