Services

HomeSpotless provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services. All services are scheduled based on availability and confirmation by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or beyond the scope of standard cleaning services.

Booking and Payment

By booking a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate contact and billing information. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We may securely process payments through third-party payment processors. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of future services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team cannot access the property, a lock-out or missed appointment fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can address the issue.

Limitation of Liability

HomeSpotless is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to property or items
Normal wear and tear
Items not properly secured or stored

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its functionality, security, or services.
