If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please follow the steps below within 24 hours of your appointment:Guarantee Claim Process:Contact Us Immediately:

Email our Customer Care Team at care@homespotless.com within 24 hours of your completed service.

Provide Detailed Feedback and Photos:

In your email, please include:

Your full name and service address.
The date and time of your cleaning appointment.
Specific details about the areas of concern and why you are dissatisfied.
Time-Stamped Photos: Clear photos that illustrate the missed areas or unsatisfactory work, time-stamped on the day of service.

These photos are essential for verifying your claim.

Review and Resolution: Our Customer Care Team will review your claim and photos.

If your claim is approved, we will offer you one of the following options:

Complimentary Re-clean: We will schedule a re-clean of the specific areas in question at no additional cost.

Service Credit: If a re-clean is not preferred, we will issue a credit towards your next Home Spotless cleaning service.

Scheduled Resolution: Once your claim is approved, a agent will contact you to schedule your re-clean, or apply your service credit.

Important Notes:

The Home Spotless Guarantee applies only to services booked and completed through the Home Spotless platform. Any arrangements or payments made outside of our platform are not eligible for this guarantee.

We do not offer refunds. Our guarantee focuses on providing follow-up cleaning services to ensure your satisfaction.

Photos must be time stamped the day of the cleaning.

We aim to resolve all guarantee claims promptly and efficiently.
