To access and use the Platform, you must register for a Contractor account and provide accurate and complete information.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.Home Spotless reserves the right to accept or reject any application for a Contractor account at its sole discretion.

Customers will submit requests for cleaning services through the Platform.You will be notified of available service requests based on your stated availability, location, and service preferences.You have the sole discretion to accept or decline any service request.By accepting a service request, you enter into a direct service agreement with the customer to provide the agreed-upon Services at the scheduled time and location. Home Spotless is not a party to this agreement.

Home Spotless sets the rates for the cleaning services offered on the Platform. These rates will be displayed with each service request.You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the displayed payout before accepting a service request.Home Spotless will facilitate the payment process between the customer and you. Upon completion of the Services, the customer's payment will be processed through the Platform.Contractors will receive up to sixty percent (60%) of each invoice total for completed Services, less any applicable Home Spotless platform fees.The minimum payout amount to Contractors is one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Payouts will be processed according to the payment schedule outlined on the Platform, and may be held until the minimum payout threshold is met.In most cases, new Contractor accounts may take up to seven (7) business days to process the first payment. Additionally, Home Spotless reserves up to thirty (30) days to reconcile and finalize Contractor payouts.Home Spotless does not offer any advances for gas, cleaning supplies, or other expenses incurred in the provision of your Services. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with providing the Services.

You are solely responsible for providing the Services in a professional, safe, and satisfactory manner, consistent with industry standards and any agreements made with the customer.You are responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation to perform the Services.You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to providing cleaning services in your area, including but not limited to those specific to Houston, Texas, United States.You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage to protect yourself and your business. Home Spotless does not provide insurance coverage for Contractors.You agree to communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, staff, and support agents. Any unprofessional, abusive, or threatening communication will result in permanent account closure and the assessment of an administrative closure fee.

You acknowledge and agree that the customers you are connected with through the Home Spotless Platform are customers of Home Spotless.You are strictly prohibited from using the Home Spotless Platform to directly or indirectly solicit, contact, or offer your cleaning services to any customer you were introduced to through the Platform, outside of the Platform.Offering your services to Home Spotless customers at your own rate, contacting them directly for future bookings, or attempting to build your own customer base using the Platform is a direct violation of these Terms.Any violation of this Non-Compete Policy will result in immediate and permanent deactivation of your Contractor account without notice and may subject you to further action by Home Spotless.

Home Spotless reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, customer complaints, or conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform or its users.You may terminate your Contractor account at any time by following the account deactivation procedures on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Home Spotless shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or your provision of Services. Home Spotless is not responsible for the actions or inactions of customers. Any disputes between you and a customer must be resolved directly between you and the customer.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Spotless, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:(a) your use of the Platform;(b) your provision of Services;(c) your breach of these Terms; or(d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including those within Houston, Texas, United States.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Spotless regarding your use of the Platform as a Contractor and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Home Spotless reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
