Cancellation / Refunds

Same-day changes:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling: 24 - 2 hours before your booking: $25 fee

  • Cancellation: Less than 2 hours before your booking: Full booking cost

 

Missed appointment:

  • If a pro arrives for your scheduled booking but is unable to gain entry or get started due to your absence, the full booking cost will be charged.

 

Recurring plans:

  • Home Spotless recurring plans are charged before each booking.

  • There is an $89 early termination fee if you cancel your plan before the commitment period (90 days) unless the service does not live up to the Home Spotless Happiness Guarantee.

Happiness Guarantee:

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your cleaning, for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will be happy to:

  • Re-clean the areas to your satisfaction at no additional cost.

  • Offer a credit towards your next cleaning.

  • Provide a partial refund, if applicable.
