Home Spotless is hiring Remote Concierge Agents based in Nigeria to join our growing customer support team.If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and are motivated by performance-based earnings, this is an opportunity to grow with a technology-powered U.S. home services company.

$50 USD paid upon successful completion of training

How to recommend the right cleaning service based on customer needs
As a Concierge Agent, you will:
Answer inbound calls from homeowners looking for cleaning services
Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate cleaning option based on home size, service type, and customer expectations
Communicate pricing, promotions, and service details
Schedule residential cleaning appointments
Provide excellent customer support throughout the booking process
Follow up with customers when needed
Maintain accurate customer records using company systems
We are looking for motivated individuals who are:

Professional and customer-focused
Confident speaking with customers over the phone
Comfortable learning new technology and software
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to communicate clearly in English
Applicants must have:
Laptop or desktop computer (required)
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi internet
Quiet and professional workspace
Headset with microphone
Basic computer skills
Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
After successfully completing training, Concierge
Agents will receive:
Monthly Retainer
$100 USD monthly retainer
Performance Commission
+$1 USD for every completed cleaning booked
Your earnings increase based on your performance.
